We have made contact with Dreddpirate Bob at Preston College and arranged to meet him (in real life!) in Paddington next Wednesday. Dreddpirate Bob is responsible for Preston College's Second Life presence and is prepared to dicuss the possibility of us renting some land from him.

Don't want to sound negative or anything but non comprende? You're meeting up f2f to do a deal in SL? Wouldn't it be more fun to have a Friday afternoon SL raveup in Extropia or something, and then we could all come.
I see your point but we have built up a relation ship in Sl and it only seems natural to meat them in the flesh as the opportunrty has arsen. (as suggested by them)

Checked out the link in SL. Looks like it could be very good indeed for struyctured meetings, but seems to still be under development at present. G.
We met representatives of Preston College last week (DreddpirateBobstreeter abd Django Yifu). Very nice guys and very very informative. After a long conversation with them, we think their island would be a good place to start build for wlc. They want to keep it educational and offer the means to support us- they can help facilitate our project.
